All of the Northville High School choirs follow a similar schedule of performances, festivals, 
and special events. 

The NHS Choirs present three concerts each year - fall, winter and spring. All choirs attend a choral festival in March and all singers are encouraged to audition for Honors Choir and Solo and Ensemble Festival sponsored by the Michigan School Vocal Music Association. 

In every ensemble, music appreciation through listening and performing music of different eras and cultures. Music literacy, including sight-singing, ear-training, and harmony are a key part of every class period. 

Uniforms are provided for all ensembles except Varsity Choir. Choir classes are year-long courses.
